A little update!

• Added a black swipe transition when going between levels, and now showing the map between levels is an option in the Gameplay settings menu
• Added the credits screen!
• Veti has received some improvements
• Removed case sensitivity with many Twitch commands
• Updated the writing on many Twitch commands and messages
• Lava-eaters are now properly super hungry for lava
• Flipped level 6
